Enhanced access
We have a 6:30pm to 8pm and weekends service, provided by the federation of practices we are part of.
You can book appointments to see a GP or nurse via the Mid Hampshire access hubs. They are open evenings and weekends to give additional access to primary care services.
Appointments are available:
- 5pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday
- 8am to 4pm Saturday
- 8am to midday Sunday
Locations in Winchester and Andover.
Appointments with a GP and nurses and can be booked two weeks in advance by contacting us. You can only be seen in the hub if you give permission to share your electronic health record with the clinician, you will therefore be asked a for consent to share you medical record at the time of booking the appointment.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Accessibility
There is wheelchair access to all areas including a toilet for the disabled and there are 2 designated disabled parking bays in the surgery car park.
A hearing aid loop is in use in reception. Switch your hearing aid to the “T” setting and a portable hearing aid loop is available for use during your consultation.
If you are worried that you will not hear your name called when it is your turn, please let the receptionist know this.
